Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to start?+
No. You upload your material first. When you're done, we send you the final price and payment details, and we start editing once the deposit is in.
How long will the film be?+
Most films are up to 4 minutes: long enough to move people without tiring them. Each film's limits are listed on its page.
Can other people send material?+
Yes. Every project has a contributor link you can share. Anyone who has it can upload photos, videos and a message, with no account.
What music do you use?+
We use licensed music, so your film can be shared on social media without problems. Tell us the style you'd like.
What happens to my files afterwards?+
Your files are used only for your film and are deleted automatically a while after delivery.
